I have been privileged to work in the property industry for more than 20 years, beginning with some of London's leading managing agents before going on to lead the Estate Management department of one of the UK's largest developers.

During that time, I was responsible for the full lifecycle of a large and complex portfolio, including some of London's most prominent developments, working closely with many of the country's leading managing agents. More recently, as a consultant, I have advised managing agents, freeholders, investors, developers and other businesses across the property industry.

Throughout my career, one thing has always been clear to me: above everything else, property management is a service industry, and that can never be forgotten.
